6. Ray Herdt Florist, Inc. will only guarantee satisfaction on merchandise received from our physical location.  Wire or transfer orders are the responsibility of the filling florist.
7. Complaints or claims of damage must be made in writing within seven (7) working days of purchase or shipping of merchandise.  Claims made after this period will not be considered.
